I was a trial mod and later promoted to full moderator. I believe the Finest Community has great potential and deserves staff who are active, mature, and fair. Having been a player and staff in serious RP settings, I understand the importance of enforcing rules without ruining the fun. I also enjoy helping new players get settled and ensuring they have a smooth experience. I’m very patient and respectful, even in stressful situations, and I believe communication is key to resolving problems. I want to contribute to the server’s growth and stability. ‣I would be honest and let them know that I’m not entirely sure, and then I would immediately reach out to a more experienced staff member or check any official staff resources (staff Discord, rules page, or guidelines) to find the correct answer. It’s better to give accurate information after a short wait than a wrong answer quickly.
‣ What actions should you take if you notice a donor abusing their rights and privileges
‣All players including donors are expected to follow the same rules. If a donor is abusing their powers, I would gather evidence (screenshots, logs, video if possible), issue an appropriate temporary punishment if necessary, and report the situation to a higher-ranking staff member or server management so they can review the case further.
‣ If you witness two or more people engaging in RDM (Random Deathmatch) on the server, what actions should you take?
‣I would immediately teleport to a safe spot and bring both players into a sit. I’d separate them if needed, check the logs to confirm the RDM, and give each side the chance to explain. Once I’ve reviewed the evidence and heard their statements, I’d issue the correct punishment based on the server’s RDM rules, and explain my decision clearly to both players.
‣ What steps should be taken if one of our higher-ranking staff members is found to be abusing their rights and privileges?
‣Even higher-ranking staff must follow the rules. I would not confront them aggressively, but instead record evidence discreetly (screenshots, logs, video) and report the abuse to server ownership or head administration through the appropriate staff channels. I would remain professional and not spread drama among staff or players.
‣ If you suspect a player has violated the NLR (New Life Rule) and may be dishonest about it, what actions should you take, what should you do?
‣I’d bring the player to a sit and calmly ask for their side of the story. While they’re speaking, I would check the logs or death timers to confirm whether they returned to the scene too early. If the evidence proves they broke NLR, I’d explain the rule, issue the appropriate punishment, and document the situation if necessary. If I’m uncertain, I would consult another staff member before taking action.
‣ If someone has been soliciting others for NSFW roleplaying, and there's mention of underage minors involved, but there's conflicting information, what should you do?
‣This is a very serious situation. I would immediately collect all available evidence, freeze or temporarily ban the involved users if needed to prevent further harm, and report the issue directly to senior staff and server ownership. If minors are potentially involved, it may also be necessary to escalate the situation beyond the server (e.g., platform moderation or legal reporting). I would not try to handle it alone and follow protocol to the letter.
‣ If a player pings you on the Discord server and claims that you falsely punished or banned them, what should you do?
I would respond politely and professionally, asking them to open a ticket or appeal through the proper channels. I would avoid arguing publicly and instead encourage them to provide their side of the story in an organized way. If they remain hostile, I’d inform the Discord mods if needed and document the interaction. I would also review my own actions and logs in case there was a mistake.
