3. Be completely honest about your situation. Lying about your ban will get your appeal automatically denied.

This ban appeal template must be used for filling out a ban appeal form. If you fail to use this template, your ban appeal will be declined. Please copy the text provided, initiate a new thread, paste the template into it, and thoroughly answer each question to the best of your ability, emphasizing honesty and detail about your experience.
