I can actually RP, i have time to dedicate towards DarkRP and it is my preferred gamemode! i can enforce rules unbiasly and protect the server from bub games fanboys

‣Why are you interested in joining the staff team at this esteemed Finest Community? (Please provide a minimum of at least 7 sentences):‣ I want to help the server grow. I want to be a part of the community in a bigger capacity than i currently am. I have a large amount of time available to dedicate to the server in which i want to spend enforcing the rules to the best of my ability. I want to stop trolls joining the server and i feel i can best do this if i become staff. I am interested in moving up in a GMOD community and this is a great place to do it. My friends really enjoy this server along with me and id like to continue to protect and play it. The server is very unique and id like to continue to help it grow. Thankyou for reading!

‣ Ask a staff member of a higher rank than me for a clarification on the question so i can give an accurate answer.

‣ Tell them to stop and inform them of what they are doing and why its wrong, if it continues inform senior staff to deal with the situation, ban / kick him if necessary.
‣ If you witness two or more people engaging in RDM (Random Deathmatch) on the server, what actions should you take?
‣ Inform them to stop and if they continue issue warnings / bans when applicable.
‣ What steps should be taken if one of our higher-ranking staff members is found to be abusing their rights and privileges?
‣ Capture evidence and inform the staff above them so it can be dealt with.

‣ Check the logs to see if they did abuse the rule, cross reference the time of when they died to when they came back. Warn / ban them if the situation calls for it like if they broke the rules.

‣ Instantly ban / warn them as this is okay in no situations, inform senior staff of the situation also.
‣ If a player reaches out to you on the Discord server, alleging that you have unjustly punished or banned them, how should you respond?
I would listen to their situation and inform them to appeal it on the forums.
