What is your past experience as an Officer/Commander?: used to play a shit ton of Star wars rp i was one of the top guys in the regiment 2nd in command to be exact, then i also used to play a lot of fallout rp i was a paladin in the brotherhood, almost S NCO but the faction was huge so i kinda go rank stuck for most of the time i was there, i also just lead my friends in some small games like ARK.

Why should you be an officer/commander in this battalion, what makes you better than other applicants? (100 Word Minimum): ok first of all, i actually know what the fuck im doing, i actually know how to lead train and teach. Im actually competent and understand the dos and donts. The way i lead is kinda different i wouldent call it bad buts its different. I let people do what they want unless it is against the rules [Obiously] but in general i dont really tell people what to do, if they ask me what to do, i will teach them. But unless they ask me i can expect them to know what they are doing, i will supervise them but i wount be telling them what to do unless we need someone to do something.

What is your style of leadership and how will it help the department in the server?: Ok as i previously said, i hate micromanaging its just frustraiting and annoying to both me and the person im managing, I let people do what they know how to do, i make sure they dont do things wrong, if they do i usually like to warn them instead of punishment, but if its necesary im not scared to punish someone.

What would you plans be in the first month if you got this position?: well first of all, i saw the discord is higly unorganized and half of the security is not there. I will change that. We must have an organized discord and security force, if we dont we cant be effective, i will set up rules and guidelines for the security force as i can see there isent many.

While on a mission/average day, you notice that a Trooper is running away from his assigned squad and is running into the gunfire/NPC's and dying multiple times, only to run back and try again. His highest ranking officer/commander doesn’t seem to be aware that he is missing. What do you do?: ok first of all he is dissobeying orders by running away from his squad second he is being dumb, it would really depend on his rank on what i would do to him, if he is just some pvt i would probably tell him to get in line and would avoid promoting him untill i see a change. But if its a SGT, well thats a whole different thing. First i would see if he does this multiple times. after i would warn him and i would keep an eye on him, if he fails to get better and fails to listen to orders i would rank lock him untill he learns how to follow orders. If he just continues to fail simple commands for multiple days and sometimes dissobeys direct orders i would have to resort to punishing him by a demotion.

Notes: I will be active as much as i can for the next 2 weeks but then i might balance it a bit maybe like 4-5 days a week i can get on and then the rest i wount eb on or maybe ill split the day, idk but ill be more active this week and the next but then ill prob balance activity a bit
