⮩ Where?I have been staff in various games, like in Roblox, SCP SL (and owning my own server), Minecraft and TF2. Most of these usually having 20-40+ players online active.

I am quite active on the server, I'm always on there whenever I can.

I wanna join the staff team because I really like playing on the server, specially with my friend. We are playing there a lot of time and we always interact with the community. Almost everytime we play, there's always someone breaking the rules, killing people and being toxic and harrassing people. I wanna help do something about it, since there isn't always a staff online. It's my favorite server to play on GMod, I feel like i'd contribute a lot to the server.‣Also, how available are you throughout the weekend):
I am very much available the whole weekend, so no problems there.

‣ If someone asks you a specific question to which you don't know the answer, what should you do?
‣ I would ask someone superior, like an higherup to help me with the question.
‣ How should you respond if you witness a donor misusing the rights and privileges granted to them?
‣ I would tell him to stop, to not abuse their privilages and warn them.
‣ If you witness two or more people engaging in RDM (Random Deathmatch) on the server, what actions should you take?
‣ I would both take them to a sit, and punish them for breaking the rules. This is quite common aswell.
‣ What steps should be taken if one of our higher-ranking staff members is found to be abusing their rights and privileges?
‣ I'd get proof of them abusing, I would talk to someone who can manage this, like the owner or higherups and I would show them proof to get them appropriately punished.
‣ If you suspect a player has violated the NLR (New Life Rule) and may be dishonest about it, what actions should you take, what should you do?
‣ They would be warned, and if they keep continuing, they will get punished.
‣ If someone is engaging in NSFW RP or ERP thus violating server rules and there are conflicting reports suggesting minors might be involved, what is the appropriate course of action?
‣ I would ban them immediatly after finding out, this is not tolerated in the server.
‣ If a player reaches out to you on the Discord server, alleging that you have unjustly punished or banned them, how should you respond?
I would ask them to appeal the ban on the discord server by making a ticket, and over there, I would review the ticket (or with someone else) to see if it was truly unjustified.
