Have you ever been warned or banned before on one of our servers? (If so, why): No
What is your current ingame Department and Rank?: Anderson's Robotics PVT
What Battalion and Rank are you applying for?: Anderson's Robotics as any command position (LT+)
What is your past experience as an Officer/Commander?: "The Engineer" in CI, Director of Task Forces, RRH, USMC 5 star general, USAF/AFSOC CO.
Why should you be an officer/commander in this battalion, what makes you better than other applicants? (100 Word Minimum): I have many prior experiences with leading and can do a relatively decent job of getting a branch started up. I will always listen to those who choose to follow me and will tolerate absolutely zero toxicity. I also like to think of myself as a rather good strategist due to my skill with chess. I am able to get people active by hosting simulations, frequent raids (gives foundation something to do also), and other fun events for my branch. To summarize: Prior experience, skill in strategics, and fair decision making. (Did I forget to mention that I'm fuckin cool)
What is your style of leadership and how will it help the department in the server?: I usually lead by trial and error, I also never tolerate toxicity
What would you plans be in the first month if you got this position?: Step 1: Docs, Step 2: Recruitment (At least 5 people to start with) Step 3: getting them active
While on a mission/average day, you notice that a Trooper is running away from his assigned squad and is running into the gunfire/NPC's and dying multiple times, only to run back and try again. His highest ranking officer/commander doesn’t seem to be aware that he is missing. What do you do?: Inform the trooper of NLR rules and tell his commander of the situation
