My lighthearted nature makes me easy to get along with, though I know when to put my foot down.
‣Have you ever been staff on a Garry’s mod server before? (if so, please state when and where):Yes. I was a Co-Owner Rank on a Sandbox Undertale/Fnaf Server owned by SuperDean several years go. Likely about 6-7 years ago.

Absolutely no Nudity or Pornographic material of any sort.

I am joining because I want to ensure every visitor and community member has a great time within the Server/Community. I feel my contributions can allow our guests/members to experience something they can't get anywhere else on Garry's Mod. Helping others is also something I personally enjoy. In roleplay servers, rules are always being broken and it is up to staff to ensure they stay enforced and that everyone follows them. Protecting those who can't protect themselves from Trolls or Minges is absolutely another reason as well. Responsibility and respect are key aspects of staff, which should be shown to members as well.

That can vary depending on my real life requirements, but for the most part, I am available all weekend.

‣ If someone asks you a specific question to which you don't know the answer, what should you do?
‣ I would likely either ask another admin in the server or contact them on Discord. If no one can be reached, then my last resort would likely be the Owner themselves.
‣ How should you respond if you witness a donor misusing the rights and privileges granted to them?
‣ The responsible decision would be to give them a warning, asking them to not abuse their donor privileges. Their donations are appreciated, but they should not be taken advantaged of.
‣ If you witness two or more people engaging in RDM (Random Deathmatch) on the server, what actions should you take?
‣ Deescalate the situation, pulling them from the roleplay engagement and finding out the cause. Likely issuing warnings or kicks. However, if the culprits are trolls purposely engaging in rdm, then they will be kicked. Further rdm would result in bans.
‣ What steps should be taken if one of our higher-ranking staff members is found to be abusing their rights and privileges?
‣ They should be confronted and talked to, likely warned depending on if they are purposely abusing their power or not.
‣ If you suspect a player has violated the NLR (New Life Rule) and may be dishonest about it, what actions should you take, what should you do?
‣ Exposing their lies and warning their action would be the first step, though further NLR breaks would result in punishment such as kicks or bans.
‣ If someone is engaging in NSFW RP or ERP thus violating server rules and there are conflicting reports suggesting minors might be involved, what is the appropriate course of action?
‣ Cease it immediately and punish those that have engaged in such behavior. Minors are knowingly common within the Server so this is unacceptable.
‣ If a player reaches out to you on the Discord server, alleging that you have unjustly punished or banned them, how should you respond?
The sensible approach would be to allegation and then if they were unjustly punished, revert this punishment. Though if their ban or punishment was warranted, it would be best to sustain the ban or punishment. Though this can vary depending on the situation.
