By using Atlas servers' services, you accept the following conditions: Refunds: Nations does not provide any refunds on donations. There are no change-of-mind refunds on sale items. Nations have no contractual obligation to provide donation packages. Donation packages can be revoked and are subject to change. Donation Status: This does not make donors exempt from server rules; you can still be Banned Privacy: None of your provided personal details will be sold. The policies of nations are subject to change. Nations Staff are not obligated to keep users up to date on policy and rule changes. Donations last for three months.
All donors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all these terms and conditions upon donating. All donations received are used to fund the continued development of our site and game servers, pay our developers, and pay our server hosting costs and various operational costs, which donors sponsor. Exiled Users 

Users with exiled status earn it for going above and beyond to receive multiple permanent bans, or if it's applied automatically via the Paypal IPN for lodging a dispute or chargeback on a transaction on this site. Exiled status is exclusively for users who have presented no redeemable qualities to deserve to participate on this site. "To be exiled is to be outcast." never to return.
